What do a Woman’s Figure and a Buffet Table Have in Common?

Like a woman’s figure, to be a success, a buffet table should have instant eye appeal. The formality melts away at the buffet table. Also, I like bite-sized foods with the aperitifs. And foods that, if the men wish, they may make into sandwiches. Always the roast beef, or baked ham had man appeal. Also the jellied salads for the ladies who must watch plumpness. A buffet gives variety and surprises and every woman knows to surprise a man is to intrigue him. It is the same for food.
